Strategic Groundbreaking, Smart Manufacturing Sets Sail | XINJE Breaks Ground on Robot Intelligent Drive & Control System Production Project

2026-01-07

On January 6, Phase I of XINJE Electric’s Robot Intelligent Drive and Control System Production Project officially broke ground in Hudai Town, Binhu District, Wuxi. Li Ping, Secretary of the Binhu District Party Committee and District Mayor of Wuxi, together with Li Xin, Chairman of XINJE Electric, and other leaders, attended the groundbreaking ceremony, marking a critical step forward in the company’s large-scale manufacturing of robot core components.

Strategic Deployment, Anchoring the Future of Smart Manufacturing

Independent Core Technologies: The project focuses on achieving independent R&D and large-scale production of core components for robot drive and control systems, addressing industrialization bottlenecks in high-end drive-control technologies.

Industrial Ecosystem Development: By building a closed-loop ecosystem covering “R&D – Manufacturing – Application,” the project aims to provide global equipment manufacturers with cost-effective and highly reliable core equipment solutions.

Overall Project Plan: The project will be implemented in two phases with a total investment of RMB 2.5 billion, forming a complete industrial chain from core components to terminal equipment.

Phase I Highlights: Phase I focuses on the manufacturing of key components such as permanent magnet synchronous motors and programmable logic controllers (PLCs), covering approximately 82.7 mu of land with a total construction area of about 102,000 square meters.

Expected Benefits: Upon reaching full capacity, Phase I is expected to achieve annual sales revenue of RMB 1.35 billion, injecting new momentum into regional economic development.

Phase II Planning and Future Outlook

Industrial Chain Expansion: Phase II will extend into the R&D and production of robot bodies, intelligent sensors, and related products, integrating a system of “core hardware + control systems + intelligent algorithms.”

Empowering the Industrial Ecosystem: Upon full completion, the project will significantly promote the autonomous, controllable, and cluster-based development of China’s domestic robot industry chain.
