Service Response
When the service department receives a product for repair, it will be logged into the system and returned within 5-7 business days. For chargeable repairs, the product will be returned within 3 business days after receiving the customer's payment confirmation (excluding transit time).
In the event of special circumstances:
Repairing motors with special models may require two weeks (excluding transit time).
If a large number of products are sent by the client, the service department will contact the client to agree on a processing period (excluding transit time).
If there is a shortage of parts or complex issues that cannot be resolved immediately, the repair timeline may be extended after consulting with the user. Generally, repair requests will be completed within 10-15 business days (excluding transit time).

Exclusions from Warranty
The product or its components have exceeded the free warranty period.
Product labels are illegible, missing, or have been tampered with or removed.
The product has been disassembled or repaired without authorization.
Damage caused by unstable voltage or current.
Malfunctions or damage resulting from incorrect or improper use, storage, maintenance, or operation not following the user manual, or caused by a non-specified working environment (e.g., extreme temperatures, excessive humidity or dryness, high altitude, abnormal physical pressure, electromagnetic interference, unstable power supply, static interference, excessive neutral-ground voltage, unsuitable input voltage, etc.).
Malfunctions or physical damage caused by accidental factors or human actions (e.g., operational errors, scratches, handling, collisions, falls, compression, deformation, etc.).

Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period, repairs for malfunctions not caused by the user are free of charge, with conclusions based on the repair report.
