High speed operation

The VH6 series has increased its maximum output frequency to 1000Hz, making it suitable for situations that require high-speed rotation and maximum control of speed and torque changes. High frequency output is the main direction of long-term research for Xinje.

High speed stability accuracy

Expanding the speed control range helps to stabilize the speed fluctuation at 0.2% and improve the accuracy of mechanical actions.

Strengthen adaptability to impact loads

We have achieved the highest level of torque response in response to sudden and drastic load changes.

By utilizing the current feedback of the motor, the speed and position of the motor rotor are used to adjust the output current and torque of the motor, thereby maximizing the control of changes in the motor's operating speed and suppressing vibration.

The VH6 series is equipped with IGBT integrated modules, with a torque output of up to 180% at 0.5Hz startup. It also supports 150% overload output for 1 minute every 300 seconds and 180% overload for 3 seconds.

Energy conservation and environmental protection

In addition to improving power factor and achieving energy-saving effects, DC reactors can also weaken the impact and reduce harmonic interference at the moment of power supply connection.

By using a DC common bus, multiple frequency converters can be connected together, and the regenerative energy can be shared and consumed in other frequency converters during deceleration, thereby achieving energy conservation.
