LC5E series EtherCAT slave controller
The fast exchange of data between master and slave stations is achieved through the EtherCAT bus, breaking the traditional data networking transmission method and supporting a maximum input/output PDO of 1280 bytes for data transmission. This can effectively improve the system's response speed and control accuracy in areas such as control system integration, data cquisition,
and processing.
Without the need for complex instruction writing, fast interaction between master and slave station data can be achieved through interface configuration. Clicking on "Read Slave Station Name" in the master station IO mapping interface can easily read the address configured by the slave station, and intuitively view the mapping relationship between master and slave station addresses.
The slave station PLC can collect various data in the distributed control system, such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc., and transmit these data to the master station PLC or upper computer for processing and analysis, dispersing control tasks to the slave station PLC, and thereby releasing the CPU computation and storage pressure of the master station.
