The control system uses an EtherCAT bus control solution, which supports large communication data volumes and offers high safety and stability, enhancing precision and efficiency. It is paired with CNC software on the host computer and XDH series PLCs to achieve motion control. The software includes both automatic and manual tool distribution systems, allowing customers to choose whether to use the system to automatically allocate tools based on groove width and depth or to manually allocate tools after assembling special tools. Combined with the dual spindle system, Spindle 1 can rotate to switch between horizontal and vertical tools. It features a free tool combination system that allows the installation of combination tools, enabling the completion of multiple milling grooves in a single operation.
