Compared to plastic doors and windows and plastic steel doors and windows, aluminum alloy doors and windows have huge advantages. Moreover, aluminum alloy doors and windows have been developed in China for more than 30 years, and their product types and performance have been steadily increasing, gradually breaking the traditional market pattern of doors and windows. Especially in recent years, the total market volume of aluminum alloy doors and windows has increased sharply.

Nowadays, aluminum door and window processing equipment manufacturers have increasingly pursued low cost, high efficiency, diversity, and high precision. In order to adapt to the fiercely competitive market environment and meet the overall processing needs of aluminum doors and windows, Xinje Carving Industry Project Department has launched various solutions, including sawing centers, sawing and milling centers, end milling, drilling and milling centers, aluminum door and window production lines, etc.

Aluminum profile sawing centers are specialized systems designed for cutting aluminum profiles. They use a three-blade cutting system with 45° blade servo feeding, ensuring high efficiency. These centers can perform long-duration, multi-material automated rapid processing. The cutting precision error is within 0.2 mm. Depending on the assembly of different manufacturers, the feeding direction can be adjusted, allowing for left or right side feeding. They primarily process aluminum alloy profiles, PVC profiles, and thermal break aluminum profiles. The CNC system provides full control for automatic cutting at 45° and 90°.

Control solution

The industrial computer is equipped with upper computer software for the "aluminum profile sawing center." The control system uses Xinje XDH series PLC, while the drive system uses Xinje absolute value servos.

 In terms of software integration, it connects with cloud interfaces from window software manufacturers like Xingel and Changfeng, allowing for various ordering modes such as online and QR code ordering. It enables automatic cutting at left 45°, right 45°, and 90°.

 The 45° blade uses servo control to enhance processing efficiency. The processing mode supports both standalone and linked operations. It is equipped with a printing function to automatically generate QR codes, providing processing information for subsequent end milling machines and drilling and milling centers.
