Technological process

Aluminum profile drilling and milling machine is used for processing aluminum doors and windows, with rich processing basic graphic templates and various hinge diagrams. It has fast processing speed, high processing accuracy, graphic accuracy error within 0.05mm, rich functions, and powerful performance.

Control solution

The aluminum profile drilling and milling machine is mainly composed of five parts: a touch integrated industrial computer, XDH series motion control PLC, DS5C1 series servo driver, MS5 servo motor, and VH6 series VFD. The system uses EtherCAT bus to control servo for processing.

Touch integrated industrial computer:

Edit machining graphics, process machining data, issue PLC operation trajectories, and have a user-friendly interface.

XDH series controller:

Run PLC program, process at 10 positions and drive corresponding servo motion. The XDH series PLC has powerful functions and uses EtherCAT bus control to easily build intelligent networks based on Ethernet communication.

DS5C1 series EtherCAT servo driver and MS5 servo motor:

Composed of the executing mechanism in the system, it has the advantages of compact size, high-speed bus, and convenient operation, and can perform corresponding actions according to the action signals given by the controller.

VH6 series VFD:

According to the PLC control signal, perform spindle start, stop, and control spindle speed functions.
