Technological process

Firstly, place the stator into the stator slot, which is fixed to the stator slot by a cylinder. The axis X, Y, and Z motors move to the appropriate position for winding. After the winding is completed, the axis X, Y, and Z motors move to the starting position for winding. When the needle nozzle is in the stator slot, the axis A (rotation axis) cannot be rotated. After the needle nozzle leaves the stator slot, the axis A moves. The axis Z and A cooperate with each other to complete the winding. After the winding is completed, the axis X, Y, and Z movements are carried out to change the slot winding. When all slot winding is completed, all the axes are reset to the safe position, and the stator slot cylinder is released to complete the winding.
