Working principle

The production parameters are mapped out from the equipment, and the original data is transmitted to Xinje Cloud through the Ethernet PLC or gateway. Xinje Cloud uses the original data for edge computing and visual processing, and displays the processing in the form of charts, reports, etc.

System function

Operation monitoring

During the production process in the workshop, centralized monitoring of the status is carried out, and equipment production information is collected. Information such as the opening rate and today's total output ranking will be displayed based on the workshop dimension.

Personnel performance

By binding personnel numbers and equipment, the combination of employees and production performance is clearly defined, and a detailed performance table is used for salary settlement, which can be traced back in case of any objections to performance in the future.

Production statistics

Centralize the status of all production in multiple workshops and equipment, the ranking of production progress for each equipment in the workshop, the operational efficiency of the equipment, and the start-up rate, etc., for centralized statistics.
