Energy management system for heat exchange stations
Energy management system for heat exchange stations
Unmanned, remote control, intelligent warning
Thermal power stations are divided into direct supply stations and indirect supply stations according to their heating forms. The former is directly supplied to users by power plants, with high temperature, difficult control, and waste of heat energy. With the development of the commodity economy and the commercialization of thermal energy, thermal companies have begun to improve the quality of heating, resulting in the emergence of inter supply stations (belonging to centralized heating). Centralized heating is the future development direction, with inter supply stations as the main focus.
System introduction
Thermal power stations are divided into direct supply stations and indirect supply stations according to their heating forms. The former is directly supplied to users by power plants, with high temperature, difficult control, and waste of heat energy. With the development of the commodity economy and the commercialization of thermal energy, thermal companies have begun to improve the quality of heating, resulting in the emergence of inter supply stations (belonging to centralized heating). Centralized heating is the future development direction, with inter supply stations as the main focus.
Working principle
According to the characteristics of the inter supply station project, each station is equipped with a Xinje A-BOX gateway, and equipment operation data is uploaded to the cloud in real time through the gateway. The cloud provides multiple functional units, making it convenient and efficient to implement equipment management, energy management, alarm management, video monitoring, remote operation and maintenance, and other functions required for projects.
