Unwinding section

Adopting servo pendulum closed-loop tension control. By using roll diameter calculation as feedforward control and introducing PID as feedback control, the stability of tension can be better ensured. In order to ensure the stability of start stop, some machines also have separate material storage mechanisms.

Traction feeding

Adopting two customized servo controls with high torque, the unique pulling curve significantly improves both speed and accuracy. In fixed length mode, configure a cam table based on the feedback position of the spindle encoder to control the feeding length. In fixed mark mode, the servo probe measures the mark length and writes it in real-time to the cam table to modify the feeding phase offset and achieve fixed mark accuracy. By using electronic cam curves, the problem of lateral sealing and punching offset at different speeds has been solved.

Horizontal and vertical sealing

As the core hot pressing process for three sided sealed bags, EtherCAT electronic cam control is adopted to ensure the consistency of the hot pressing time of the main frame at different speeds. By using electronic cam curves, the overall vibration of the machine is reduced when the speed is 300 or above.

Constant tension control

The dual traction adopts EtherCAT bus synchronization and special process algorithms, which ensures stable floating at different speeds and constant material tension.
