The fully automatic packaging machine for tissue belongs to the later packaging part of tissue production. Its main function is to neatly push the tissue into the packaging bag, and then seal and discharge them. At present, the ten-servo tissue fully automatic packaging machine solution provided by Xinje can achieve a maximum stable packaging speed of 60 packages per minute.

Process principle

The tissue is fed from the feeding belt, and when it reaches the lifting part, it is judged whether the hanging bag is hung. If the hanging bag is normal, the pushing part pushes the material into the bag, seals and presses it down, and finally completes the discharge through the discharge belt.

Control solution

The tissue fully automatic packaging machine adopts XDH series PLC, which is connected to 10 servos through EtherCAT bus, including pushing, lifting, pulling rod, sealing, door plate, hanging bag, stretching bag, bag making, feeding and discharging. The wiring is simple and the debugging is flexible, saving manual wiring costs. The machine adopts full cam control, with softer action curves and more efficient action processes.

Solution advantages

Cam Curve with Gentle Motion

By using cam curves, the movement is gentle and the operation is stable. The cam curves of each axis have adjustable master and slave axis positions and adjustable acceleration and deceleration. The acceleration curve is divided into three sections (acceleration section, constant speed section, and deceleration section) to achieve variable acceleration and deceleration, allowing for free adjustment of the curve to make each axis run more smoothly and with less noise.

High Bag-Making Precision

The bag making accuracy is high, and the color code signal is directly transmitted to the servo drive through the probe method, without the need for PLC processing, thereby shortening the processing time and improving the bag making accuracy, and controlling the maximum error within 1mm.

Comprehensive and Convenient System Operation Functions

The system has comprehensive and convenient operation functions. Due to the adoption of EtherCAT bus function, users can directly monitor and modify some servo parameters and alarms on the touch screen. During debugging, each axis can be opened and closed separately for easy troubleshooting. It can also simulate automatic operation for easy debugging.
