System Introduction

The QR code navigation AGV is mainly for the handling of light-load goods, mainly including models such as rotation, jacking up and multi-layer material boxes. Control solution

The control system adopts the method of dual-wheel differential for drive control. Through the collection of signals such as laser obstacle avoidance and safety touch edges, the photographing and reading of the two-dimensional code laid on the site by the camera, and the processing and calculation of the real-time data transmission of the inertial navigation sensor, the discrete two-dimensional codes are constituted into a continuous path to achieve deviation correction control and ensure that the AGV can walk stably in the site. And it controls the AGV to be able to realize functions such as forward, backward, in-place rotation, and stop, to meet the navigation control, function control, and safety protection in actual use.
