Equipment Introduction

Process principle

The tabbing machine is mainly divided into 3 stations: welding tabs, gluing, and material receiving.

Weld Tabs

The welding tab electrode work station is composed of the welding traction shaft, the unwinding shaft, the unwinding swing rod, and the tab electrode feeding part at the back of the machine。 The welding traction pulls the electrode sheet forward, and the unwinding shaft automatically matches the speed according to the speed of the welding traction and the diameter of the electrode sheet roll material to keep the up-and-down floating of the unwinding swing rod stably within a certain range. At the same time, the tab electrode feeding part also starts to operate to send out the tab electrode. The welding traction locates the welding position of the electrode sheet through the optical fiber, and finally welds the tab electrode to the electrode sheet.

Apply Adhesive

The taping work station is composed of the taping traction shaft, the upper and lower rubber-pulling shafts, and the upper and lower rubber-rolling shafts。 The upper and lower rubber-rolling shafts attach the adhesive tape on the suction cup to the electrode sheet in a flying shear manner through the positioning optical fiber.

Collect Materials

The material receiving is divided into two parts: winding and slicing。 ·The winding part is composed of the taping traction shaft, the winding shaft, and the winding swing rod. The winding is the same as the unwinding. The difference is that the welding traction will have start and stop during operation, while the taping traction does not. ·The slicing part is composed of the taping traction shaft, the slicing traction shaft, and the floating roller between them. It is mainly to meet the production needs of the semi-automatic winding machine, and a material receiver may be equipped to replace the manual work to collect the electrode sheets neatly.

When the machine is running normally, the unwinding swing rod will not be pulled to the upper limit or placed to the lower limit, and there will be no roll-swinging phenomenon.

Good unwinding correction performance

It can ensure that the tab electrode welded on the electrode sheet has an error of the tab electrode folding distance within 0.3mm.

High taping accuracy

The adhesive tape attached to the front and back sides of the electrode sheet does not wrinkle, and the left-right misalignment is within 0.2mm, and the front-back misalignment is within 0.3mm.

Stable operation

The speeds of the welding tab electrode work station and the taping work station automatically match to ensure stable efficiency; during the start-stop process, there is no missed welding or missed taping.
